Philippe Malouin
I came across an article in a design magazine about Malouin. His work reminded me of some of the metal I was using to decorate in the metal workshop.
This article shows him working on a research project for a chair. The process involves hammering industrial-grade aluminium foil into a mould. I like how the foil looks once its been squashed into the mould as it looks very textured and shows the foil can be used for anything which is innovative.
