Graphics thumbnails and different techniques

Drawing from different objects in thumbnails, zooming onto a certain space on the object creates a composition of writing or an image that's on the object. I liked doing this because it makes a label from an everyday item less obvious and turns it into an image.

I created a background using different paper and ink, this creates a subtle background.

The top left corner is created with a graphite stick, this creates a dark black colour with a shiny finish, the edges don't go very smooth. For the top right corner i used my left hand and oil pastel, for the bottom left corner, I used a long stick and ink and for the bottom right corner i used masking tape to create the shape then rubbed shoe polish over the top then ripped the masking tape off, i like this one the most as it looks really effective and have never used this technique before.
